The Limited company LNG TRADING INTERNATIONAL PANAMA SA was founded on February 7, 2025, and was registered in the Panama Trade Register on February 10, 2025, under file number 155762879. Its shareholders’ primary objective is the international trading of energy products, in particular liquefied natural gas, uranium, and, to a lesser extent, oil, as well as other commodities, including gold, and all other goods.

The company also intends to form partnerships for the purchase and sale of energy products and other commodities and carry out intermediary and/or advisory activities in these fields, as well as in the financial sector. The company does not plan to engage in domestic import-export activities with Panama.

The company has a network of partners, banks, suppliers, correspondents, advisors, brokers, and clients worldwide.

The company is managed by Mr. Guillaume Ruff, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Ruff, a Swiss citizen, practiced as a lawyer and was a member of the Geneva Bar. He managed his own law firm for many years, providing services mainly in commercial and real estate law, before settling in Panama in 2024 to take advantage of the business-friendly environment and the Panama Canal.
